House Speaker Mike Johnson on Friday survived a razor-thin vote to be reelected for the position, a sign that “you’re going to see a coming together behind President Trump’s agenda,” says Rep. Randy Weber, R-Texas.

“He took all the swing states. He got the popular vote, of course, the electoral college, he got the mandate,” Weber said of Trump during an appearance on Newsmax TV’s “Saturday Agenda.”

“You’re going to see the Republicans get behind him and get the tax cuts and these bills out as quickly as possible this time, because we learned from last time that we need to get it done pretty quick.”
