Jessica Alba is focusing on positivity in the wake of her separation from husband Cash Warren.

The actor, 43, who announced the split last week, took to Instagram on Tuesday to re-share an uplifting post by the author and poet Diego Perez, who goes by the pen name Yung Pueblo.

“How do you build a good life? Relentlessly follow your intuition. Build with people who also love to grow,” Perez’s post read. “Take responsibility for your healing. Love yourself so deeply that you feel at home in your own body and mind. Teach yourself to forgive. Never stop being a kind person.”
