Vice President Kamala Harris told Hispanic members of Congress Wednesday she believes it’s possible to secure the border while also achieving immigration reform.
Harris gave a speech to the Congressional Hispanic Caucus and said she supports a path to citizenship for undocumented immigrants.
“We can do both and we must do both,” Harris said.
