Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards’ daughter, Lola Sheen, has revealed that she was baptized after hitting “rock bottom.”

Taking to Instagram Wednesday, the 19-year-old spoke candidly about her mental health and how it led her to a new spiritual path.

“When I was in my deepest depression, there was a moment where I realized I hit rock bottom. I felt so lost and hopeless and was just doing my best to make it to the next day,” Lola posted.
