Bernie Sanders Erupts on ABC Set Over AOC Senate Question

Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., on Sunday nearly stormed off the ABC News set when he was asked if he’d like to see Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., join the Senate.

“Right now, we have, as I said, just a whole lot of people in the Congress. OK, Jonathan, thanks,” Sanders said when interviewer Jonathan Karl asked the question.

Sanders then abruptly stood up and bolted off camera, clearly agitated by the question.
